Io's Nest
The kitchen is beautifully outfitted and equipped, with koa cabinets and stainless steel appliances and granite
countertops. The refrigerator is a super quiet and efficient electric model, with freezer on the bottom. The propane stove/oven operates without a pilot light, using electronic ignition, to conserve fuel. You can also light it with
a match, the old-fashioned way, in the event of power failure. There is also an electric coffee maker, and a French press for backup, just in case you face a dawn without power. If that does happen, give us a call and we can quickly get you back in business.
